Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue…

I’m using this Victorian era saying (typically said to brides - further research can be found here) because I want to cover multiple topics which can be described by those 4 categories (new, old, borrowed, blue) and I prefer not to use the word “scattershot” to describe the random amalgamation (booyah!) of thoughts that will be included in this post. Busy, busy, busy…

With the move into the house, work, etc. I have been slow to do a real post but things should be slowing down soon enough and I can get back to some semi-regular postings. This decision was generated in part by my Quarterly Statement but also because I found a recipe I was pretty excited about - Pork Tacos. The post is about a week late but the results are in - Pork Tacos = Delicious with a capital D. Pictures with comments included if you click through.
